CRM user access control

We’ve enhanced Utilmate’s role-based access controls, giving administrators greater flexibility and control over what users can view and edit.

Permissions are now organised by business area, with separate View and Edit access for individual features, including billing, pricing, system configuration and sensitive information such as family harm records.

We've also introduced a new User Administrator role, allowing designated users to manage roles and permissions for other users.

Payment plan correspondence configuration

Payment plan correspondence configuration can now be viewed in the Correspondence Schedules maintenance screen. To request changes to this configuration, please contact Utilmate Support.

Edit audit reference in Import Meter Reads

The Source column in the Import Meter Reads dashboard is now editable and has been renamed Audit Reference.

Edit correspondence templates and auto-sending options

Auto-sending can now be configured individually for each correspondence template, giving you greater control over which communications are automatically sent by email or post. Users with template edit access can now update template descriptions, email subjects, and auto-sending options directly in Utilmate. You can also choose which activity type is created when a document is generated from each template.
