Our base Life Support templates have recently been updated to support current regulatory requirements for both NEFC and ESC and industry best practices.
If you are currently sending the Life Support letters from Utilmate, please review the updated templates* and apply the HTML updates to ensure your communications remain compliant.
If you are not sending the Life Support letters from Utilmate, please note that Life Support processes form part of the regulatory requirements for Australian energy retailers. We recommend reviewing the materials* and updating your templates.
If Life Support templates are not currently configured in CRM, please submit a support ticket. Our team will assist with implementation to help meet your compliance requirements.
