Credit card CCV number

Impact: low

We have added the credit card CVV number to the finance screen.  This field is also included in the DD export file if populated.

Overdue filter in aged trial balance report

Impact: low

When running the Aged Trial Balance report, you now have an “Overdue accounts only” filter.  Checking this box will only show customers with an overdue balance, not all customers.

Extend an invoice

Impact: low

When doing an invoice extension, you now have the option of entering notes in about the invoice extension.  This may be the reason the customer has asked for the extension.  These notes will be shown in the AR screen against the invoice in the same way as reversal notes.

Customer Notes

Impact: low

The customer notes fields has been changed from a single line notes field to a multi-line notes field.  You can enter a large amount of text into this field.

In addition to viewing the note on the Residential or Commercial screens, from any screen you can click on the note icon on the top left corner to access them as shown.

Grouped buttons

Impact: low

We've found over time that a couple of our screens have gathered too many actions buttons to fit easily.  On the AR trans screen, the buttons are now grouped into invoice actions, receipt actions and other actions.
