Search by column
Impact: low
We’ve had feedback that the search could be improved by allowing users to search by a selected column. As a result we now added a “Search by” drop down. Leaving it blank will continue to search across all columns. Selecting one of the columns will only search that column.
We've also made improvements to "," and "AND" searching.

Updating mobile numbers
Imapct: low
Previously, when a SMS message was unable to be delivered due to a mobile number being incorrect, a user had no way of correcting and re-sending the SMS message. The mobile number on the New and Undelivered SMS Messages dashboard screen is now editable.
National Compliance Report changes
Impact: High
From quarter one, 2019 the AER made some changes to the National Compliance Report authorised retailers are required to submit. This included some re-numbering, changing some reporting frequencies and adding some new reporting metrics. All changes have been made in preparation for this report being next run on 5 April 2019.

AM Raw Data Report
Impact: Medium
A new AM Data button has been added to the AM reads screen. This button will run the AM raw data report which returns the raw 30 minute data for a selected site (not account) for a selected date range. This report can be exported to Excel.
Full customer email logs
Impact: Low
Now that we are capturing a lot more information when emails are sent, we have opened this up so users can view this information. A button has been added to the Email screen to allow users to see the full email audit history. This shows when a customer received the email and when they opened it.
Concession improvements
Impact: Low
Two improvements have been made to the concessions screen.
- All concession transactions are now being shown.
- A retro concession button has been added to allow user to give back dated concessions
Transaction report improvements
Impact: Low
Some improvements have been made to the transaction detail report including grouping by transaction date and showing the gross, tax and net amounts.
Masking Credit Card Numbers
Impact: Low
All credit card numbers are now masked.
Edit payment plans
Impact: Low
An improvement has been made so that payment plan installments can be manually edited. This includes adjusting the payment installment date and payment instalment amount. If an amount is increased or reduced the difference can be added to the next payment installment or spread across the remaining payment instalments.
