Send and re-send emails
Impact: low
On the customer Notifications -> Emails screen there is now a button to Send/ Resend emails. From this wizard a user can:
- Resend an email that was previously sent to a customer
- Generate and send a new email to the customer from one of the templates.
Switching screen
Impact: low
For those clients who “switch” sites in the market from another retailer, we have created a switching screen in the dashboard.
This dashboard screen allow you to manages you sites in the switching process, update their status, and start date once the switch has been completed.
By default, this screen has been disabled. Please raise a trello ticket
Interface validation
Impact: Minor
From time to time when an interface is imported, the scheduled task fails with a message like:
Schedule Name: Meter Read Import Interface Task Name: Task – Run Engage Task Interface Client Error Occurred at: 2019-02-03 14:12:32.800: Sql Command: dbo.eng_if_get_processor – Params: { processor_id = 2 } – Error Code: -2146232060 – Error Number: 258 See application logs for more details.
This means that the system has tried to convert a value into a date or numeric value and wasn’t able to. Generally the result of a value like “.” or “NULL” in the fields.
We have added additional fields checking to all interfaces, so in this event the file will be processed to the error folder with an error file produced like all other validation errors.
