Viewing HTML emails

Impact: low

While users have always been able to view invoices and other PDF’s stored in Utilmate, HTML emails have not been viewable. All HTML emails can now be viewed from the customer documents screen.

Searching – open and closed customers

Impact: low

We've received feedback that when viewing all customers for a selected site, distinguishing the open and closed customer was difficult. All CLOSED customers in the search screen are now grey in colour to help distinguish them.

Maintenance - adding activities

Impact: low

The wizard to add activity types has been simplified so that activity class does not need to be selected.

New billing exception

Impact: low

A new billing exception has been added to flag any consumption older than 9 months.  Please raise a support ticket if you’d like this enabled for you.

Meter install date

Impact: low

Install date has been added as field to the meter.
