To go with the manual meter reading screen we introduced in the last release, we have now also added a meter reader security group.  This means you can now give meter readers their own logins to access to the CRM.  By adding them to this security group only, will mean they can access the manual meter reading screen, and nothing else.

For those that don’t already use Bingmail for letter printing and posting a new dashboard item, a new print pdf icon will appear in your dashboard.

This dashboard item is a quick and easy way for you to bulk print PDF documents that need to be printed.  Find out how to bulk print in our Knowledge Base.

Basic read and AM reads screens

Currently when viewing an advanced meter account, both the Basic Reads screen and AM Reads screens appear.  This causes issues where users can mistakenly enter basic reads on the account.  This has been changed so that for advanced meters sites, the Basic Reads screen will not be available.

A new report has been added, the AM Summary report.  This report shows the minimum and maximum read dates for each site.
