Direct Debiting of disputes

A logic change has been made so that the overnight direct debiting process will no debit customers with a credit control status of DISPUTE.

Request Status of unsent SMS messages

From time to time, we've had users click on REQUEST STATUS for SMS messages that haven't yet been sent.  This has the impact of removing them from the screen, but not actually sending the SMS message.

We've made a validation change so if this were to occur, a validation message will appear and alert the user.

Ezidebit Report

The payment settlement date has been added to this report.  This is the date the money is paid to the client bank account.

GoCardless Payment Channel

GoCardless has been added to our range of payment channel options.  GoCardless offer bank account direct debiting (only, no credit card).  Please let us know if you’d like to know more about this payment channel.port.  This is the date the money is paid to the client bank account.
