Gate meter consumption report
Utilmate is capable of managing gate meters. These can be created and either billed (sub-meter consumption is deducted from the gate meter) or used for reconciliation purposes.
A new report called Gate Meter Consumption report has been created. This report shows the gate meter consumption and all sub-meter consumption for a selected date range.

AER Compliance report detail mode (AUS Only)
The AER report is automatically produced each quarter on the following dates:
5 January
5 April
5 July
5 October
In addition to the AER compliance report being produced with a total for each reporting reference required by the AER, a second sheet has been added to the workbook called "CustDetail". This contains a detailed breakdown of each account number included in each reporting total.
This will make understanding and reconciling totals in this report much easier. For more information, refer to our Knowledge Base article AER National Compliance Report.

Subscription plan
You will notice the words Premium, Pro, Starter or Free Trial appear on the top right corner of the menu bar. This shows the type of subscription you currently have.


Bulk mail merge
From the Letters, Emails and SMS maintenance screen users have always been able to bulk generate Email or SMS messages. A new option has been added to this bulk sending wizard, Merge Template.
The Merge Template allows users to Merge an MS Word template into a PDF document.
- - If this is for a postal customer, it is in your New and Undelivered Posted Mail dashboard screen.
- - If this is for an email customer, it is in your New and Undelivered Posted Emails dashboard screen as an attachment to an email.
This process will be useful for price changes and other messages to be sent to groups of customers.

Unbilled accounts billing exception
A new billing exception has been created, "Account has not been billed". This will show you all accounts in a building that have not been included in the billing run. If you would like this billing exception enabled for you, please contact our support team.

Change MyAccount password
A new wizard has been added to the Contact Details screen, Update MyAccount Password. This wizard allows users to manually set a MyAccount password for your customer.
This is useful for customers that are having trouble using the forgot password function to reset their password.
