Lost/inactive buildings

Previously, customers would appear on the search screen, even if the building was inactive (lost).  We've made a change so that only customers/accounts/sites attached to active buildings will appear on the search. screen.

Payment plan report

Instalment Amount and Number of Instalments have been added to this report.

Onboarding report

Site Status has been added to the Onboarding report.

API - POSTSITE New

A new API has been added to our library of API’s.  POSTSITE allows the site status to be updated via API. See our API documentation for more information.

Add one-off charge wizard

This wizard has been updated.  You are now able to refine the charge look up list to just those for the distribution network the customer belongs to.
