The additional feature is that you can now click on an account number to go to that account on all reports. This upgrade allows us to make another enhancement in our next release which will allow users to run large reports and be notified when they are ready. Maintenance Menu Upgrade The maintenance menu has had a UI upgrade. The same maintenance screens, buttons, and functions remain available. Buildings Report A new Building Report has been created and is available on the Maintenance -> Buildings screen. This report allows you to export all building attributes. Most importantly, all attributes contained within the XML data against the building a split out into their own columns. AR Transaction List Audit Report This is a new report which shows the audit information for invoices, adjustments, and receipts shown in the Accounts Receivable -> Transaction List screen. This is useful for finding out when a transaction was added, edited, or deleted from the system and by who. New API’s available – GETREPORTLIST and GETREPORTS Two new APIs have been added to our library of APIs available. These allow you to run the CRM reports from an API so you can run them from a third-party system or schedule them to be run. - GETRPTLIS to retrieve the IDs for each available report and the filters available. - GETREPORT to run a report Previous Article Release 1.4.4 Next Article Release 1.4.6 Print 365
