The same maintenance screens, buttons, and functions remain available. Unbilled Charges Alert When a customer has unbilled charges (eg disconnection fee, late payment fee etc) then this will appear as shown in RED in the overview bar. This is so that if a customer is calling to make a payment, the user is aware of this and the charge total may be included in their payment amount. Edit Offerings Users have always been able to Add and Delete offerings from the Maintenance -> Offerings screen. A new button has been created to allow users to edit existing offerings. Invoice Not Yet Due Exception A new billing exception type has been created to show an exception if the customer already has an invoice that is not yet due. This is to allow users to see this situation and decide if they want to generate another invoice or wait until the older invoice fall due. This billing exception is off by default.
