Victoria Midday Power Save (Australia)
The Victorian Midday Power Saver will offer eligible smart meter customers up to 24 kWh of free electricity between 11am and 2pm each day, with different rates applying outside this period. Retailers must clearly communicate how the offer works and any potential for higher costs outside the free period.

Create timing profile and add to price plan
Timing Profiles define when specific pricing rates apply throughout the day. They allow you to assign different tariffs or charges based on time periods.

Create new price plans
Pricing is used to define the rates, charges, tariffs, and billing rules applied to customer accounts and services.

Add price plans to buildings
Price plans need to be added in the Building Maintenance screen as “Generally Available.” This ensures they are included in best offer calculations.

Customer communications
